How and Where Ohio will Distribute the Medical Marijuana Licenses

The state of Ohio recently announced they will be issuing 73 medical marijuana dispensary licenses. Therefore, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy will award provisional dispensary licenses through a drawing process. The Board established thirty-one dispensary districts to utilize RFA II. The order in which the district drawings will occur is as follows:
