Max has a background in Industrial Design and Fine Art, receiving his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Cruz. He entered the cannabis industry in 2018 as a lead processor responsible for converting live, fruiting plants into ready for sale product. Max later transitioned into the medical cultivation environment, where he maintained perpetual growth cycles and implemented IPEM (Integrated Pest & Environmental Management) processes. He gained valuable experience maximizing overall plant health and yield. Max moved on to ordering and inventory management for the company’s medical and recreational dispensary, quickly rising to be one of the lead team members responsible for the customer experience and training of new employees.
